When you submit the quotation form, this website collects the contact, company, country, material, process and project information you provide, together with any technical file you choose to upload.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate your enquiry, recommend a possible equipment configuration, prepare a technical or commercial response, prevent spam and maintain necessary business correspondence.

Form delivery and files

Enquiries are sent to the WordPress administration email configured for this website. Uploaded files are attached to the notification email and the temporary server copy is deleted after the delivery attempt.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information may remain in business email records for as long as necessary to respond, document the project or meet legal obligations. It is not sold. It may be processed by the website host, email provider and technical personnel supporting the enquiry.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing admin@plastic.zahaibali.com. Do not submit confidential formulations without an appropriate confidentiality agreement.
