Shijiazhuang Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures single-screw, twin-screw and triple-screw extrusion and granulation equipment, including co-rotating, intermeshing twin- and triple-screw platforms. Our work centres on the twin-screw extruder as a configurable process machine, extended to single-screw and triple-screw platforms across the SJSH, DY, SJ and SHJ series. Using a building-block approach to screw elements and barrel sections, each machine is configured for a specific combination of mixing, plasticizing, pigmentation, filling, reinforcement and reclamation — matched to the material and the process at hand.
This lets a single platform be adapted across compounding, masterbatch, cable compounds (including XLPE), wood-plastic composites (WPC), engineering plastics, and recycling and reclamation lines.
The same philosophy extends to the complete line. Feeding systems (including bi-directional feeders), screen changers, pelletizing methods and control systems — from standard-panel to full PLC — are selected around the material and the required output, so the finished system matches the customer’s process.
The product range covers co-rotating twin-screw extruders (SJSH and high-torque DY series), our triple-screw extrusion line, single-screw extruders (SJ series) and two-stage compounding lines (SHJ series) — along with the auxiliary equipment that completes a line: metering, loss-in-weight, side, force and bi-directional feeders; hydraulic and manual screen and net-exchange devices; pellet cutters; cooling systems; gearboxes; screw elements; barrels; and dies. Electrical control is available from a standard operator panel through to PLC control with full process interlocks.

We build equipment to run reliably in production. Wear-resistant screw and barrel material options, robust gearboxes, and process interlocks for lubrication, feeding, pressure and over-current are specified to protect both the machine and the product. Every configured line is checked before it leaves the works.
Design, development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service are run from one site, so screw geometry developed for a customer’s compound can be machined, assembled and trial-run in the same building.
